Our group has 40+ year of teaching experience and over 50 years of technology leadership in California public schools. Located in the Sierra foothills we understand the issues and financial constraints that small schools endure.

Our Professionals
Gary Habeeb has been a K12 technology director and teacher for 35 years. Mr. Habeeb has managed technology for small and medium sized districts in California since 1998. He understands the challenges districts and schools must face in order to provide their students with modern educational technology. Gary has worked with FCMAT and other professional firms, consulting for several California districts.
Mr. Habeeb holds California teaching credentials in both elementary and secondary education. Gary earned his M.A. in Instructional Design from Chico State and his B.S. in Wildlife Management from Humboldt State University.
Dr. Bob Lyons has been a Chief Technology Officer for several school districts in the Sacramento region. His 25+ years of global educational technology leadership has focused on promoting the value of technology for teaching and learning for the next generation. He has worked with students in California, Idaho, Montana, Poland and Indonesia. Bob is a former executive board member of the Placer County STEM Expo, the regional Gold Country California Educational Technology Professionals Association (CETPA), a member of the Nevada County STEAM Expo planning committee, and a CETPA Chief Technology Officer (CTO) mentor. He was awarded the inaugural statewide CETPA Technology Leader award in 2019.
Bob earned his Doctorate in Education for Administrative Leadership for Teaching and Learning from Walden University, a California Administrative Services Credential from the University of LaVerne, a Masters of Arts degree in Technology Education from the University of Idaho, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Technology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
Mike Fury has served as a Technology Director and Chief Technology Officer in K12 education in northern California for over 20 years. His expertise is supporting digital learning, infrastructure, and data systems for high school and unified districts, adult and alternative education programs, and county offices of education. He finds passion in working collaboratively and across disciplines to transform learning and organizational thinking. He is a current and former small business owner that leverages his broad range of experience in retail, food service, construction, manufacturing, software development, and K-20 education to align technology services with organizational strategies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, an Associate of Science in Construction Technology, and several professional certifications, including: K-12 Certified Chief Technology Officer, CCTO, ITIL® Foundation, Microsoft MCSE, and others. He has also served as a mentor for the CITE CTO Mentor Program for 12 years.
